• Be prepared:

​Have a paper map of trails you wish to operate on, for cell service may be unavailable in some areas. Maps can be found on the MDNR website.

Create a ride plan: Leave someone with a plan of action, whether it be where you parked, expected time of arrival back home, check-in points, or planned routes.

• 2023 Free ORV Weekends - Twice a year, residents and out-of-state visitors can legally ride DNR-designated routes and trails without purchasing an ORV license or trail permit.
